We are the first vinegar producer in Japan to successfully commercialize kaki (persimmon) vinegar since 1982. Today, we offer a lineup of vinegars such as apple vinegar and brown rice black vinegar, as well as drinkable vinegars such as Yuzu-apple vinegar and Amao strawberry vinegar, which are processed into healthy drinks that are easy to drink. Although the variety of products has increased, all of them are produced by the traditional method of aging in barrels, without relying on food additives.

Domestically, our products are mainly sold at department stores and high quality supermarkets, and internationally we have exported our products to Hong Kong, France, and the United States.

Kaki vinegar is the signature product of Kyushu Vinegar Co. It is made only from Fuyu persimmons from Fukuoka Prefecture. It is brewed in a traditional barrel fermentation process, which takes a year and a half to make. Containing many nutrients, it is popular not only as a seasoning, but also as a health drink. When consumed as a drink, please dilute it by 5 to 10 times and add honey for a delicious taste.

This drinkable vinegar is made from "Amao", a brand-name strawberry of Fukuoka Prefecture. It is a product that draws out the natural color and aroma without using any colorant or fragrance. You can enjoy it by diluting it 4 times with water or soda water. It is also good with milk, which becomes a sweet and sour drinkable yogurt when you mix it with milk.
