Established in 1909. As our company name suggests, we launched as “food-oil manufacturing”, and now we have expanded into a wide range of businesses, including wholesale, restaurant business, and as food manufacturer of Mentaiko (Spicy pollock roe) and MENBEI (becoming super popular as Fukuoka’s souvenirs).
We have recently focused on exporting delicious Japanese products (especially our products, of course!) to Asia, North America, and Europe countries. In order to meet the demands of our overseas customers and respond them accurately, quickly, and flexibly, we now handle many kinds of foods such as room-temperature products, and frozen foods.

Fukutaro’s MENBEI is a unique Japanese cracker with plenty of seafood, including Fukuoka’s famous Mentaiko (spicy pollock roe) mixed with high-quality Hokkaido Potato starch. Thanks to everyone, MENBEI has been well received and loved as a standard souvenir in Japan for over 20 years.
In addition to meeting strict standards for ingredients and food additives overseas, we have also created the food labels that complies with U.S. FDA regulations, which make exports go more smoothly.

Since additives prohibited in many countries have been eliminated as a result of our long-year extensive research, this allows you to expand the distribution networks in your markets.
These are packed in an easy-to-use tube container. 2 types (300g, 500g) are now available.
Can be arranged in various ways; Sushi Toppings, Salad, Pasta, Pizza, Bread, Fried Rice, Tempura, Deep-Fried Batter, Dipping Sauce, and Dressing Sauce.
