Our company was established in 1972 to secure raw materials for Kimura Pickles, Inc. located at the Atsumi Peninsula in Aichi Prefecture. Atsumi Itchozuke is still produced with a traditional bran pickling fermentation method. Since the Showa era, our products are exported to the United States and Europe. Today, we are engaged in e-commerce as well as face-to-face sales.
