"Our company cultivates sweet potatoes from seedlings in Mashiki Town, Kumamoto Prefecture.
We cultivate sweet potatoes on 35 hectares of land ourselves, and including contract farmers, we cultivate sweet potatoes on approximately 50 hectares.
The harvested sweet potatoes are processed at our own HACCP-certified processing plant to produce sweet potato products, including Kumamoto's famous Ikinari Dango (sweet potato dumplings)."

This product is made from Beni Haruka sweet potatoes that are roasted and then frozen immediately.
