Hyoshiro Dashi is our flagship product since 1988. It is a convenient pouched soup stock made from a blend of traditional Japanese seasoning and carefully selected domestic ingredients, including flying fish, bonitos, kombu kelp, mackerels, shiitake mushrooms and sardines. It can be used as a soup stock by boiling the packet with water in a pan, or use the powder in the packet as a seasoning.

This multi-purpose stock sauce is made from a blend of select domestic ingredients including bonito flakes, konbu kelp soup stock and authentically brewed soy sauce.
Simply add water to make soup for Japanese noodles, or can be used straight as a stock soy sauce. It can be used for any types of cooking such as stew, stir-fry dishes, and dressing. The sweetness of the sauce will match perfectly with fresh tofu or sashimi. Try to marinade raw fish with the sauce to make a special "marinated sashimi".
