Agricultural Production Corporation Koyama was established in 1991.
We grow sweet potatoes from seedlings in our own farm, and the area of the land which we grow sweet potatoes is about 50 hectares including our contract farm.
In addition to shipping them as they are, we also produce processed sweet potato products such as Ikinari-dango (sweet potato dumpling) a specialty of Kumamoto, and baked sweet potato paste at our processing plant.

The factory received HACCP certification in 2011 and the farm obtained Global G.A.P. in 2018.
In the sales department, we sell sweet potato sweets under the brand name “Imoya Chobei” in Japan and abroad.

Ikinari dango (sweet potato dumplings), a Kumamoto specialty, are simple, local dumplings made with a thick sweet potato and a chewy sweet bean paste wrapped with a chewy special dough. There are five types of dumplings: plain, purple sweet potato, yomogi (mugwort), brown sugar and sakura (cherry blossom), and we offer variations such as 60g (small size) or dumplings without red bean paste (50g and 30g), so they can be used as ingredients for cooking as well as sweets.

Beniharuka is a kind of sweet potato which is high in sugar content and moist, so it can be served warm, frozen, half-thawed or naturally defrosted and can be enjoyed like ice cream. It is allergy-free and additive-free because this product is 100% sweet potato, so even those who are allergic to milk and cannot eat ice cream can enjoy it as a natural sweet potato ice cream.
