Established in 1954 in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture, YOSHIMURA CO. LTD. is now celebrating its 70th anniversary this year. We process and sell over 30 types of fish from both domestic and international sources, with a primary focus on horse mackerel caught off Karatsu and Nagasaki, where the fish-rich Tsushima Current flows.

We have expanded our line of products and markets from initial dried whole sardine, which had been only sold at local super markets, to dried or cut/filleted fishes targeting not only super markets but also school and hospital feeding services, and restaurant dishes nationwide. Furthermore, we are also working on expanding our sales channels to North America.
