As the core of the Fukusui Group, having fresh fish hubs in Fukuoka, Matsuura, Sasebo and Nagasaki, our business includes the sales of fresh fish across the country, food processing, as well as providing Japanese food ingredients to overseas markets.

The Fukusui Group’s products include a variety of fish caught in Kyushu. Not only do we offer fresh fish as the “Minato Ichoshi” brand, but we also own our distribution center which boasts a 24-hour ordering system, and process fresh fish at our food plant which is fully equipped with traceability and hygiene control of raw materials.

We deliver an assortment of fish, mainly wild caught throughout Kyushu Island, depending on the season and seasonality. Of course, each fish is carefully selected and purchased. Bluefin Tuna

Bluefin tuna is an indispensable ingredient for sushi and sashimi.
The tuna is raised in an optimal environment with good tidal circulation, low water temperature in winter, high dissolved oxygen content, and low fluctuations in salinity.
Product selection is available upon request, such as the whole tuna for disassembly, vacuum packed by parts, or as a frozen product.

Farmed Young Yellowtail

We produce our own bait from raw materials, and cooperate with producers to ensure traceability from fish to bait for safety and security. We ship round and filleted products to North America, Southeast Asia, and other countries by air every week.
