Established in 1908, we have been devoting ourselves to making noodles every day with our motto “Delicious”, “Safe” and “Secure”. We produce a wide variety of noodles including hand-pulled somen noodles, dried noodles, and Chinese noodles. In recent years, we have also developed frozen fresh hand-pulled somen noodles to deliver high value-added products to our customers. We have been working on hygiene management on a company-wide basis, and have acquired ISO9001 for company-wide and FSSC22000 certifications for our machine noodle factories, establishing a system with high hygiene management standards.

Made with carefully selected domestic wheat. Noodles kneaded with laver grown in the mineral-rich Ariake Sea spread the flavor of laver and the aroma of the sea in your mouth the moment you put them in. The noodles are carefully made by skilled artisans and slowly matured over a period of two days, which creates a firm texture that you can taste through the throat.
