The reason is that both Mentaiko and olive oil have the magic to make various ingredients taste even better. We thought that if we could combine these two magic ingredients, it would be a great product. As a result, we were able to create the "Mentai Ajillo" that surpassed our image. The product is put into a glass container that gives a sense of luxury, and sterilized for a room-temperature storage, which enables to extend the shelf life of the product and make it easier to store.
