The Fukuyutaka soybeans we use are large and grade 1.
Compared to ordinary soybeans, the beans are surprisingly large and plump with a white color at first glance.
Each bean has a strong sweet and savory flavor, and the texture is like that of a chestnut. Moreover, it doesn’t have much smell. The accompanying sauce contains no chemical seasonings.

The Fukuyutaka soybeans that are used in this product is small in size. Each bean has a strong sweet and savory flavor. The sweet sauce, which is a characteristic of Kyushu’s products enhances the original flavor of the soybeans. Its subdued smell makes it a good choice for those who do not like Natto. Currently, the products are being used in local school lunches.
