We are an exclusive miso producer founded in 1870. Our brick walled miso brewing building, or so called ‘Namigura,’ is located
along Yanagawa River, which is a famous sight-seeing spot for river cruise and a nationally-registered tangible cultural property.
Miso is one of the very basic seasonings of ‘Japanese Food,’ a registered UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. Since the foundation, we keep delicious taste for customers and also continue a challenge for better products and newer sales channels.

Product Description: This is blended miso of rice malt and barley malt by using only domestic ingredients without food additive. It features well balanced umami and flavor, and you can use it for long.
It can be widely used for simple miso soup with tofu and wakame, cooked mackerel, miso sauce containing minced meat, hot pot, or hidden taste of demi-glace sauce.

Product Description: We mix uniquely-blended miso with a plenty of red pepper and garlic to attain the perfect harmony of spicy taste and umami. Very spicy.
It is a versatile seasoning for any dishes such as meat, vegetables, and seafood. Put it over barbecued meat, skewed and grilled chicken, deep-fried pork, salad, or sautéed fish.

Product Description: We lavishly add yuzu peels and puree to barley miso with strong umami. This is a seasoning paste offering Japanese taste with a kick of refreshing yuzu scent.
The refreshing yuzu flavor perfectly matches ingredients with simple taste. This sauce goes well with chopped squid and cucumber dressed with sauce, cooked and seasoned Japanese radish, white fish meat with carpaccio sauce, or deep-fried chicken. It can also be mixed in dressing sauce or yoghurt dip sauce. It is especially well-matched with sour.
